Mary K. Christian

Mary had ten years’ experience in the nonprofit community before she joined the foundation in 2004. She began her career with the Los Angeles Opera, first as grants officer and later as the assistant director of press and public relations. She also worked on the capital campaign to build the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels and was development director of the Pasadena Symphony. A Los Angeles native, Mary graduated with distinction from Stanford University with both bachelors and master’s degrees in English.
